Research: conducted environmental health research under the mentorship of a principal investigator, examining chemical exposures from personal care products and their impact on health equity and cancer disparities (Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health); researched the long-term effects of historical redlining on health outcomes and healthcare disparities, examining how structural inequities continue to shape community health (Rush University Medical Center); contributed to community health research focused on Alzheimer’s disease awareness and education (Rush University Medical Center); conducted research on genetic mutations and their biological significance (Department of Biology)​
Why I love Ä¢¹½´«Ã½: I love Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ because it has given me endless opportunities that I know I couldn’t find anywhere else. From conducting research and studying abroad to taking on leadership roles and building meaningful relationships with faculty, Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ has encouraged me to explore my interests and grow in ways I never imagined. What makes Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ truly special, though, is its tight-knit community. People genuinely care about one another, and there’s always someone willing to lend a helping hand, offer guidance, or cheer you on. That sense of support and belonging has made Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ feel like a place where I can challenge myself, take risks, and succeed.
